ZZ0002 = Special BMW order parts are non-returnable or refundable!
ZZ0003 = Special Fiat/Alfa order parts are non-returnable or refundable!

 

**ALL PROCURED GOODS, UNLESS ON ACCOUNT, REQUIRE A NON-REFUNDABLE 50% DEPOSIT TO SECURE and MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 7 DAYS (ON ACCOUNT), UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS ARE NOTED, OR THESE WILL BE RETURNED TO SUPPLIER.


Terms and Conditions

​

1.Where applicable, the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply.  These provisions are excluded where the client  acquires products and/or services from Euro Italian Car Parts NZ Limited for the purpose of a business in terms of section 2 and 43 of that act.

​

2.All goods returned for credit must be received within 7 days of date of invoice with invoice number quoted. Relative to such, Euro Italian Car Parts NZ Ltd does not accept ANY returns relative to modifications of vehicles, or relative to special order / procured / ordered in parts, where stated (including, but limited to "Avail. Overnight / 5-7 Days"), nor electronic parts.

2.1 UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES do we accept returns of goods after 7 days of the date of invoice.

2.2 Goods that are supplied as per the OEM part number given by the customer are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstance(s), unless the said part does not properly fit, according to the corresponding OEM part number/SKU of the manufacturer given (comparisons required).


2.3 N.B. Electronic parts are not returnable and will not be credited under any circumstances, which includes, but is not limited to gas/fuel related systems (AFMs, HFMS, EGR valves) and sensors, due to such fault(s) arising from pre-existing conditions, and/or other factors (incorrect fuel used by customers, auxiliary sensors, faulty HFMs etc.) and other factors causing such a fault. 

2.3 Goods are provided as per VIN/Chassis, and Euro Italian Car Parts NZ Limited takes no responsibility for modifications and such fitted to vehicles. If parts are genuinely different - such must be returned within 7 (seven) days and checked against part programs.

NO REFUNDS, CHANGES OR REPLACEMENTS WILL BE GIVEN OUTSIDE THESE

3.All goods returned are subject to a 20% handling charge, within the 7-day period. 

​

4.Any insurance against loss or liability of goods while in transit is Purchaser’s responsibility.

​

5.All goods remain the property of Euro Italian Car Parts NZ Limited until paid in full.

​

6.Procured goods are not returnable, except by prior arrangement and then are subject to a surcharge of 30%.

​

7.Limit of liability on faulty parts extends only to replacement of or refund for faulty part and does not extend to any other costs that may arise (as per Clause 8).

8.The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the parts supplied herewith are not manufactured by Euro Italian Car Parts NZ  Limited (The Company) and that The Company disclaims all manufacturers warranties and assigns to the Purchaser all of its rights (if any) arising out of any warranty provided to The Company by the supplier or the manufacturer of the parts.

 

The Company shall not under any circumstances be liable to the Purchaser or any subsequent user for breakdown or failure, non-performance, non suitability or non compatibility or for any consequential or incidental damages arising
therefrom, or the costs invested in the replacement or refitting of any faulty part.  The acceptance of the goods by the Purchaser shall be deemed to be also an acceptance of the abovementioned Terms and Conditions of Sale.

 

9.Secondhand parts are supplied as being in used condition suitable for  reconditioning with no warranty or guarantee.  If the purchaser elects to install the part “as supplied” this is entirely at their risk.  

 

In the event of the part or unit being faulty when first fitted, Euro Italian Car Parts NZ Limited will if possible replace the part or unit with another second hand part or unit. If this is not possible, a refund of the cost of the faulty part or unit will be made.
 

Euro-Italian Car Parts Limited shall not under any circumstances be liable to the Purchaser or any subsequent user for breakdown or failure, non-performance, non suitability or non compatibility or for any consequential or incidental damages arising therefrom and will not be responsible for or accept liability for any costs for removing or refitting of any faulty parts or units.

 

10. Parts supplied will be based upon the vehicle's VIN code/number. If others are supplied (i.e. 'engine-swaps'), and not Original Numbers, Euro Italian Car Parts NZ Ltd takes no responsibility for incorrect part(s) supplied. If part numbers are given by the customer and these eventuate to be incorrect for the vehicle, Euro Italian Car Parts NZ Ltd accepts no refunds, and such remains the sole responsibility of the purchaser, alone.

11. All parts supplied by Euro Italian Car Parts NZ Ltd are to be fitted by authorised person(s), and especially with regards to specialist vehicles, viz. BMW, Fiat, Alfa Romeo and other brands, by specialist workshops that are properly trained in the diagnostics, mechanical fitting and other such repairs. 

Euro Italian Car Parts NZ Ltd takes no responsibility for any costs / damage to parts etc. caused by ill-fitting of any parts or misdiagnosis by any such garage, service-station or specialist, which also extends to mobile mechanics, auto-electricians and other automotive professionals.
